Meet The Team

Not only did the chiropractor immediately relieve Dr. Markus of his shoulder pain, but his extensive knowledge of the human body acted as a calling for him. Dr. Markus later enrolled at Southern California University of Health Sciences for his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. While in school, Dr. Markus attended over 20 advanced extracurricular seminars to further expand his knowledge about the human body.

Upon graduating, Dr. Markus and his wife moved back to Phoenix and bought a home where they currently raise their two boys. After working for other doctors around the valley, Dr. Markus decided to create Apex Posture and Sport and open its first location in Tempe, Arizona off the cross streets of Elliot and McClintock. Dr. Markus explains, "I love treating people holistically and naturally with exercise therapy, massage, and adjustments to not only get people out of pain, but also to get them back to enjoying a pain free and active lifestyle." In his spare time, Dr. Markus enjoys golf, mountain biking, ice hockey, hiking, and spending time with his growing family.
